Private Group Training

Private Group Training sessions consist of 2-4 players where we evaluate each players' skill level, speed, strength, and endurance. From there we will create a personalized training program for future session comprised of drills that target the needs of each player. In addition to the drills performed at each session, coaches will also provide players with a written plan on how they can further improve at home.
