About the Role
Camp Directors are responsible for leading camps/clinics and overseeing other coaches on site. They play a major role in the overall structure of each camp. Camp Directors may also be provided the opportunity to coach private sessions. Hourly rate: $21.00
Requirements
7+ years of experience coaching OR playing soccer.
CPR certified.
Facilitate camps and contribute to the planning of its overall structure.
Oversee other NJD coaches and assure their completion of essential tasks.
Provide daily reports to Operations Manager during camp weeks.
Enthusiastic, supportive, and patient with athletes.
Profound knowledge of soccer rules and tactics.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
